What do you love most about your job?
We love when we see the smiles on clients faces when they have received a good service.
Another positive aspect is seeing the progress the love ones make when they begin with us
Getting a good feedback from family and friends is also a highlight of the service
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work in the Care-homes in Hounslow, Hayes and then in St Peters Hospital and I was saddened to see the inadequate care given to clients in these main institutions.
I did my research in Home care services and I found that the many in the area were providing poor services as well. I was then motivated to start Reedsfield Care Ltd in order to provide consistent care in North West Surrey and Beyond

Live-in Care
We shall support your loved one with a skilled support worker to provide 24/7. Our Assessors will assess your loved ones environment to ensure that it is safe and that an appropriate care plan is in place in order to provide Quality consistent care. The Live-in carer will support with tasks like Personal care(washing, dressing, toileting); meal preparation of choice, companionship; shopping and general household tasks.
They will also liaise with other medical professionals like pharmacies, GP, OT and help with attending medical appointments.
Personal Care
Our care workers will support your loved one with Personal care of washing, dressing and toileting. Personal care can be daunting and scary for anyone new to care and Our care workers will support your loved one to make them comfortable and keep their independence as much as possible. We shall be carrying out tasks with them and ensuring that they are safe and comfortable.
WE shall respect those who would like to maintain their full dignity and prepare items needed for the visit.
We shall help your loved one to get dressed in clothes of their choice and make up with trips to the salon
Companionship
Our care workers will help your loved one to engage in activities of their choice like Games, gardening, sudoku, puzzles, TV shows and shopping. Our care workers will engage in conversations and some light household tasks in order to help your loved one live in a safe, clean environment
