I would initially spend time in the business meeting the key stakeholders and understanding what makes the business tick or why the clock may sometimes be slow and feeling the culture. Once this is achieved then the interactions and be more remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Primarily working remotely during times when there were restrictions.

I will review your Operations from Sales – Customer Service – Planning – Transport – Warehousing – Purchasing. I will give clear deliverable recommendation for improvement in service levels, costs and added value, and will work with your team to implement a sustainable solution.
Business Analysis
Redwood is able to analyse all aspects of our customers commercial activities. For example, reviewing a specific value stream within your business from raw data to a final recommendation - which product/service to maximise, which customers/markets to serve.
