What do you love most about your job?
Solving problems. Usually when their heating and hot water goes down, this provides a big problem for our customers, but we can get them back up and running very quickly and provide finance options to help spread the cost. It feels great to be able to help in this way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Service to customers. Having worked in Plumbing and Heating for some years I have noticed that in many cases the standards of customer service are very poor. I went into business for myself so that I could start a company that puts the customer first and provides a great service and after care.
Why should our clients choose you?
Service. As mentioned above, customer service is very important to our company. We want to look after our customers and provide them with great after care so they can have confidence in their heating heating system and that they will be looked after if they experience any issues..
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
As a supply and fit service business, we need to be on site and in peoples homes to carry out our business, so it is not possible to provide a remote or online service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will always check with the owner or tenant whether there are any vulnerable people at the property. If there are, we will take measures to ensure the installation can be carried out as safely as possible. Including isolating the installation area, wearing masks and using hand sanitiser.
Boiler Installation
Installing boilers is what we do! We are specialists in the installation of Natural Gas and LPG boilers.
While installing your new boiler we can also make changes and improvements to your radiators and heating system.
We offer up to 3 years 0% finance on all of our boiler installations to help our customers spread the cost.
All our boilers come with a free service and system check 1 year after installation.

As well as fitting boilers, we are also specialists in the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps.
