I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Regus UK. Despite clearing all my dues, I kept receiving repeated notices claiming that I hadn't paid. This continued even after I provided proof of payment, which should have resolved the issue. To make matters worse, their customer support was appalling. I tried reaching out multiple times to get this sorted, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I am beyond frustrated with Regus UK. They charged me twice from two different accounts, and when I reached out to their manager about the issue, I was told to raise a query in their help section. I did exactly that, but it's been weeks now, and I still haven’t received any response. Their accounts team is absolutely unbelievable. My experience at the Regus Building in Barking has been a mix of both positive and negative aspects. Starting with the positives, the building offers ample parking, which is a great convenience for office unit tenants. The office spaces themselves are well-designed, with various sizes available to suit different needs. During my time there, I had the pleasure of being surrounded by some great neighboring offices, adding to the overall experience. The building is generally well-maintained, with a dedicated cleaning staff who ensure that the floors, washrooms, and common areas are kept in excellent condition. However, I did have one unfortunate incident involving the building’s lift. I was stuck inside during a breakdown, and the experience was quite unsettling, as I nearly had a panic attack. Thankfully, the receptionist was very attentive and made sure I felt safe while they worked to resolve the situation. Barking Regus has some good and bad points. When driving into the area where the Regus building, I was greeted with 10-15 men walking towards my car, waving to get my attention, which was very scary being a lady on my own. However, I quickly pulled in the little space outside the offices and was greeted by Wilfred - who was brilliant. He came out to help me park and waited till I got into the building. Kitchen area, had hot water, coffee, cups, etc... but the only thing is no milk, so I would advise just to take some with you The room I had was very bright, cool and clean. This place is a SCAM.. I thought I was ordering a shoe rack from Bed Bath and Beyond but instead I got a bogus company charging my card with this name and address. I requested a refund 6 times and they kept saying they would give me one and NOTHING. Then tries to send me a shipping confirmation but with no information.
