The care, kindness and professionalism provided by Tammy, Priscilla and their team at Ready Care has been really exceptional.
As someone who works in a senior clinical and management role in the NHS, I have been enormously impressed by the compassionate and responsive care given to my mum. The team have really helped improve her physical, emotional and mental wellbeing since they’ve started coming twice a week, and she’s SO much happier and more settled than she was a few months ago. The care doesn’t just stop there - Tammy et al also provide really valuable support and communication to the whole family.
If you’re looking for reassuringly great care get the team signed up! Thank you everyone in the team - you’re great and make an ENORMOUS difference.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people in our local community and providing life-changing services to improve our clients' quality of life. Our mission is to provide the best possible services and develop tailored, person-centred care plans for each individual.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ready Care is run by two experienced social workers who have more than 10 years of experience in the field. We were inspired to start Ready Care when we realised there was a huge demand for services that offered quality care to adults and vulnerable people who wanted to remain in their own homes. We realised that we had the expertise and experience to provide specialist care within our community, so we couldn't wait to get started!
Why should our clients choose you?
We are committed to empowering individuals and helping them to achieve the highest quality of life that we can. Our ethos is to provide reliable, safe, friendly, warm service which enables adults to remain living independently and as long as possible in their own homes. We continually strive to improve our services by examining the fast-changing needs of our client and providing services that exceed their expectations.
You should choose us to be your care providers because we will always go above and beyond to ensure you get the very best care.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Due to the nature of our work, we have to provide services in-person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our customers safe from Covid-19, we have followed all government procedures and regularly test our workers to ensure they have negative Covid-19 results.
24-Hour Care
We offer high-quality 24-hour care.
24-hour care, also known as live-in care, is assistance that is provided to you morning, noon, and night so that you never have to go without the help you require.
With 24 hour live-in care, your loved one will be supported by two caregivers who switch shifts, ensuring that one caregiver is always in contact with your loved one.
24-hour care is considered a direct alternative to a care home or supported living arrangement since it allows you to get 24-hour care on your terms and in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
Hourly Care
If you require care services for just a few hours per day or a few times per week, we can provide as much or as little assistance as you need.
Overnight Care
At Ready Care, we understand that live-in overnight care can provide our clients and their families peace of mind. Our caregivers will arrive before your loved one’s bedtime and remain overnight. From our years of experience, we have found that overnight care effectively assists clients with short-term challenges.
Personal Care
At Ready Care, your personal carer will be tailored to your specific needs, routines, and preferences. This will allow you or your loved one to build a long-term relationship with assigned caregivers instead of working with a constant stream of new people.
As such, you or your loved one’s caregiver will integrate into your life and be someone you can rely on to meet your needs.
Essential Components of Our Care include:
-Helping with outings, community involvement, and managing appointments.
-Preparing food and assisting with eating.
-Offering prompts, reminders, and medication administration.
-Assistance with bathing, dressing, and laundry.
-Completing shopping and household chores.
-Promoting and facilitating continence care.
-Keeping records and maintaining diaries.
-Providing companionship
Urgent Care
Our carers are experienced in responding to queries within 24 hours and promptly providing high-quality emergency care. Even in emergencies, Ready Care analyses your individual needs to provide personalised care.
Dementia Care
Our caregivers have received extensive training in dementia care, and we support the use of a wide variety of specialised approaches and procedures to assist in maintaining your loved one’s sense of contentment and engagement. We devote a lot of time to learning about the individual entrusted to our care, including what makes them think, their hobbies, and how they prefer things to be organised.
Palliative / End of Life Care
We Help You Determine Which Treatments Are the Best Fit for You.
In addition, the palliative care team will take the necessary time needed to assist you in matching the treatment options you select with the objectives you have set for yourself. They will also ensure that each of your doctors knows and understands what you desire from them. This will improve the overall quality of your life and give you increased control over the treatment you receive.
Parkinson’s Disease
At Ready Care, we believe that it is essential for our patients and their families to have the help of a caregiver and consistent communication. This is a significant consideration when working with clients with conditions that limit their mobility, such as Parkinson’s.
We can provide daily phone or email updates, which may encourage everyone involved, particularly families who cannot visit their loved ones regularly. As long as the client approves, it is also feasible for the customer’s friends and family to examine our care logs to monitor the customer’s wellbeing. Because of this, families that live further away can check treatment notes and frequently communicate with our staff, which, in our experience, provides a sense of security to those families.
