Gutter Repairs & Maintenance
Hired this company to repair wind damaged eaves/soffit boards. They provided an estimate quite quickly and work was authorised. Quote stated replacement parts costs and labor costs. Given the householder has a disability I asked the day before work whether am/pm for the work and was told afternoon. Workmen did work at 8am and were paid by householder and left before I could attend despite asking for a estimated arrival time. The workmen replaced the damaged parts using the existing wind damaged parts but still charged for new materials. When challenged the company offered a refund and said this would be returned a couple days later to the property. Despite several messages this has not happened and no reply to last few messages. Avoid this company at all costs as they charge for materials not used then dont reply to messages after being paid..... More...
