At all moment the communication with them was fluid. They are a small company, therefore the treatment was more personalised. They were great. They updated me through the different stages of collection and transit, and they collected and delivered on time. They loaded, secured and uploaded the packages at destination professionally. Sivaraman from Ram Courier Service was just exceptional. We planned my move on phone way ahead of time and he arrive on time on the day we agreed. He help me remove things from the house I was moving out of and into the one I was moving into. I had loads of stuff which I underestimated when I made a booking with him but he was able to pack all the stuff safely in the van such that nothing was broken or tore during the move. Sivaraman was also quite thoughtful, he brought us bottled drinking water and also planned for meal/ rest breaks because our journey was about 4 hours long. The car was also comfortable especially with the ac given that it was a hot day. His Service was beyond my expectation.
