Yes, Remote Support Service is available through various solutions as well as call outs and onsite visits. In fact, remote support is the first option of choice with the others following where required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- Always wear a mask, shoe covering and hand gloves for call outs services
- Invest in remote support solutions to match the customers need
- Limiting contact unless where absolutely necessary
- Perform regular Covid tests
- Disinfect all equipment received from the Customer before working and returning.
