Communication between the carers, myself and Mum is excellent. It feels like a team effort. Great care and compassion. There's a trust that Mum will be looked after with respect and dignity. I am always informed of any changes noticed during visits, Mum has limb contractions and pain so the carers are careful moving Mum slowly and patiently. We can only do an olline assessments, as we are a home care company and untill and unless we see a client we wont be able to assess what all ricsk factors are there...
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We try and follow Covid protocols. Two Clients per staff and try not to change the staff.
