My Father was in hospital needing assistance with a safe discharge in order to return to living home alone with visiting care. I found QH Care online and it was their reviews that prompted me to contact them. For this reason I feel we also have to leave a review to reinforce how amazing and trustworthy Louisa and her team are. Louisa assessed Dad at the hospital and listened to his needs and routine. She sourced a lovely Carer, Maame who has settled into the role beautifully. She is very caring and has bonded with Dad. He trusts her and can rely on her to care for him and to meet all his care needs as well as some help with housework. QH Care delivers professional quality care. If any issues arise, Louisa deals with them with efficiency. They use a digital records system which allows family to access notes re care provided and medication given plus more. As a family we are thrilled with the care that is being given to Dad. They are also very flexible and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We are so glad we found QH Care. Louisa came into our lives when we needed care for our grandad. She has been incredible, supportive and always available. Our grandad is sikh and has specific requirements and Louisa has gone above and beyond to help accommodate us. Thank you Louisa 🙏

I just want to give Louisa a huge shout out as I had a feeling my new cleaner would cancel on me today and so I came back on bark to find a new cleaner and within 10mins Louisa replied to me, QH care were actually cheaper, I completed a form and now I have a cleaner on the same day coming. I could not ask for better carers for my 87 year old dad. The team of ladies are patient ,kind & caring. They treat dad like their own father. I am always well informed with dad's progress but also given rest & peace knowing that dads needs are meet fully.
The carers care for dad's every need plus they cook & keep the house & launder all dad's clothes , bedding etc.
We had another company before looking after dad but we daughters were not happy , then looking at Bark, Louisa the manager called me . Very professional kind caring manager of this company.
Thank god Louisa called , I now have the peace of mind & dad really loves the ladies that care for him day & evening. More...

Following a thorough assessment with Louisa we agreed that
my requirements at this stage are better suited to ad hoc transport/shopping trips etc. rather than the regular high standard of personal care that QH offer.

However, with her extensive experience in this profession, Louisa was able to facilitate this for me, making recommendations and ensuring I received support in the meantime.
