That's all you need to meet the criteria of TM44 legislation. Since 2011, it's been a legal obligation for buildings with over 12kw of air conditioning equipment to have a TM44 inspection carried out every 5 years.
We incorporate our service monitoring tools to ensure that these criteria's are surpassed in every way, our log books are extremely comprehensive and we guarantee that any F-GAS compliance audit will be passed with ease.
We can also provide a strategy that will increase efficiency and reduce running cost's, whilst greatly reducing the buildings carbon footprint.
