A very fast and efficient service carried out by technicians, Matt and Keegan, and my questions were fully answered. However, my symptoms have not improved, and I still don't know (or think) I had any serious mould problems in my house, as this company works on the basis of carrying out the treatment before getting the results of the testing. Darren came out yesterday and sorted all my mould out he even went as far to look in my washing machine compartment to sort out the mould. Other company’s I called before only told me they wipe down the walls and ceilings which is no good - the mould was all over the house, in the air which you can’t see and was making me extremely poorly. Very pleased with the service, friendly helpful team got the house done and outbuilding in a single day with efficiency and minimum bother. Good communication throughout with emails and phone calls and mould issues seem to be now solved at our place. Be aware that the spray on stuff used for mould patches creates discolored patches there, if earthborne natural wall paints have been used, so may need repainting some parts. More...

Fantastic customer services from this company, quick booking and services. Lovely gents, Joe and Josh came to our property, absolutely amazing service, put our minds to rest and treatment went so smoothly. We have pets and my nephew has bronchitis age 3 years old. They put our minds to rest with questions we had before and after the treatment. Extremely helpful gents - even gave a machine to help re mould in the future and tips how to prevent mould happening again. Josh and Joe are a credit to this company. Pure Maintenance have provided a professional and efficient service. In the initial consultation, Adam took the time to understand the root cause of the mould issue in our property to ensure the treatment was tailored to our situation. Jack updated me prior to his arrival to complete the work and during the day also. The results speak for themselves- all mould removed and the air quality is so much better now, which is fantastic. We moved in a new to us home and were shocked by the amount of mould everywhere (not noticeable when we viewed it). I cleaned and cleaned but the smell, condensation and general ickiness continued. We recently had Samuel from Pure Maintenance treat the mould issue in our flat, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he completely solve the problem, but he also gave us excellent advice on how to keep humidity levels low to prevent future issues. I first reviewed Pure Maintenance on 15 August 24, straight after my home was treated and I said then that I would need to see how effective the treatment is. Well I waited and I'm delighted to say that after following their recommended corrective actions and aftercare instructions, there have been no further outbreaks of mould in my house. The taps run clear, the showers and bathrooms are mould free and my washing machine remains spotless. And that's after a very damp, wet winter! My warranty is in place and all is well so I can truly recommend having this treatment done as it really worked well getting rid of my perpetual disgusting as well as very unhealthy mould infestation. One year on, I feel absolutely tremendous. Pure Maintenance surveyed my home, identified the areas of damp and mould, tested the air quality and then gave their recommendations in a detailed report. The company dry fogged my home twice and I completed all the recommendations in the report. Whereas, previously I was lethargic, unable to even complete the simplest cleaning duties in my home, reluctant to go out and socialise or even able to achieve anything in a day which took more than three hours, I am now able to wake at 7am every day and live a normal and energetic life. I had been poorly for twenty years with no understanding as to what was making me ill. And no help from the NHS either. Sam at Pure Maintenance was able to explain to me that mould spores contaminate the air and that I was breathing this in. Not only were they able to explain this to me, but they were able to help to make me better by remediating the mould in the property. I have also obtained treatment from a functional practitioner and from homeopathic medicine along with essential oils. Could not rate this company high enough. Unlike other companies that advised so many different things from reports to removing furniture , Pure Maintenance was brilliant from the very start. Adam who called me back straight away was incredible, took time to explain everything and details sent for preparation answering all my questions.
