What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the ability to make a real difference in people's lives. By providing solar and heat pump solutions, I help families reduce their energy bills and live more sustainably. It’s incredibly rewarding knowing that we’re making clean energy more affordable and accessible, allowing people to enjoy a more comfortable, cost-effective lifestyle every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business because I wanted to create a positive, supportive working environment for family and friends, where we could all thrive together. At the same time, I was passionate about helping people reduce their energy bills and make their homes more sustainable through solar and heat pumps. It’s about making a difference in people’s lives, both in terms of their finances and their environmental impact.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At PHS, we’ve implemented strict safety protocols to keep our customers safe during COVID-19. This includes contactless consultations, regular health screenings for our team, enhanced sanitation practices, and following all local health guidelines. Our top priority is ensuring a safe and secure experience for everyone while still providing high-quality solar and heat pump solutions.
System design.
Using state of the art software we will design your system with warranty's and data sheets all included. Also a return of investment will be sent to the customer which is achieved from their exact annual consumption.
Survey.
Once the price is agreed we will send a surveyor to their property to check all details of initial proposal are achievable and realistic. This is at no cost.
G98 or G99.
Depending on the size of the system a G98 or G99 will have to be completed by our internal team. This includes speaking to the likes of Northern Power Grid.
Installation.
Final and last part of the process. Scaffolding, electrics and roofing all included. App install will downloaded to your phone or computer at home.
