What’s your signature dish?
Cooking with Derbyshire lamb is a real joy! We're very lucky to be based in the Peak District with some of the most amazing local produce in the country.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Listening to our clients is key. It's their party, and so its really important that we work closely to make sure that everything is exactly what they want it to be.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing happy faces at the dinner table! When I see people smile, relax and enjoy the food they're eating - that's definitely what I enjoy most about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being master of my own destiny. When you work for yourself, it drives you to work harder and always strive to do better. You can't sit on your laurels, you control your own future.
