Just had a loft conversion completed by Profix. From start to finish, they were very professional and clearly knowledgeable on what they were doing. Tom and the team were very approachable, and nothing was too big for them to handle and even came out in the worst weather to help with issues this caused. From day one Tom displayed a full understanding of our requirements. A comprehensive refurbishment of our bungalow was required with some, unknown by us at the time, additional but necessary requirements (our choice! ). Tom produced a detailed quotation to cover our needs which was presented in a professional but clear way, avoiding any misunderstandings. The quotation provided excellent value for money. Tom, together with Dave and their team commenced the project which included extensive plumbing, building work, electrical rewire, re-covering of a large area of flat roofing, kitchen and bathrooms fitting, etc. Despite the daunting scope of the project, Profix began and continued their work in a cheerful and professional way. Any changes - and there always will be - were taken in their stride and with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful, and we were happy to have them all in our home.
