What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We regularly monitor our service users with quality assurance phone calls. We also ensure that our Staff are fully equipped with the correct PPE's which is necessary for the task at hand.
Staff members are advised to maintain good hand washing hygiene, before the task, in between tasks, and after the task to reduce the risk of infection.
Carers are also advised to follow government guidelines in accordance with the current policies and procedures in place for covid-19. and we supply our staff members with sanitiser gel to clean the surfaces.
