We hired this chef to provide a 3 course meal for 6. We met to discuss my requirements and subsequently chose from 3 options for each course. I have never had anyone cooking in my kitchen before but it was a very comfortable experience! Just closed the door and she got on with creating a delicious meal. Everything was really tasty, scallops were perfect, pork tenderloin was tender and and with excellent sauces. The raspberry pavlova beautifully light. The whole experience was very pleasant, from the first meeting to the calm way she took over my kitchen, the great food and the bonus of doing my washing up!!
