What do you love most about your job?
What we love the most about working in care is the meaningful connection I get build with people I support. It's a privilege to be welcome into someone's home and trusted with their wellbeing. That is not something we take lightly.
Every day is different, and even the smallest - thing like helping someone feel comfortable, having a good chat, or simply being there when they need a reassuring presence - can make a difference in someone's day, make them feel valued. That's what make this Job so special.
Knowing that we are helping people live with dignity, independence, peace of mind and feeling valued gives us a real sense of purpose. It is not just a job to us - it is something we genuinely care about.O
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from a deep passion for helping others and a personal understanding of how important quality, compassionate care is - especially when it's delivered in the comfort of one's own home.
Over the years, I saw firsthand how much of a difference it makes when someone fells truly listened to, respected, valued, and cared for with dignity. Whether through my own family experience or working in the care sector. I realised that too often, people don't receive the level of personalised support they deserve.
I wanted to change that. Starting my own domiciliary service and care allowed me to create a service where people are at the heart of everything we do - where care is not rushed, where relationship matter, and where every individual is treated like family.
It is incredibly rewarding to know that we're making a real, positive impact in people's lives every day. That's what keeps me motivated and inspired.

Due to the personal and hand-on nature of our care services, we believe they are best delivered in person. This ensures the highest quality of support, which unfortunately cannot be fully replicated through remote or online channels
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staffs have always been our top priority, even more so during the Covid-19 pandemic till now. To protect everyone we support, we've implemented a number of changes and continue to follow all official guidance. Here's what we've done:
- strict infection control measures - our care workers follow enhanced hygiene protocols and single used of PPE at all time
- Health Screening - Daily health checks of our staffs before each shift and immediate isolation of anyone showing symptoms.
