Care at Home
Premo Group Ltd supports people to stay at home. We provide assistance with activities, companionship and friendship at a time when people need it most.
Some of our Care at Home services include:
Assistance with washing and dressing;
Assistance with toileting and incontinence;
Assistance with managing medication;
Respite care for existing carers (usually family);
Encouraging self-care, rehabilitation and independence;
Responding to changing needs;
Our support staff can provide assistance in your own home between the hours of 7am and 9pm.
Our friendly Registered Manager will discuss your requirements with you, assess your needs and devise a personalised care plan with your full agreement.
