We recently sold out maisonette through Premier Properties. We put it up for sale in Dec 23 and within a couple of weeks they were able to get us a buyer. It took a while for our chain to complete and by then our buyers mortgage had expired and we needed to go back onto the market. Within a week of our maisonette being on the market again Yusuf found us another lovely buyer who eventually completed on the property. We dealt with Yusuf and he was always very helpful and went above and beyond each time to make sure everything worked out.
