I was put through Jenny at Premier Mortgage services and she has been a star as I had no idea what it takes to purchase a house whilst selling one. After patiently helping with my many issues Jenny then introduced me to other members of the team (special mention for Dana) who helped with insurance covers etc. I admire their professionalism, quickness of action and courtesy. Jenny was amazing and helped us find the right mortgage for us. She was highly responsive and thorough throughout the approx. 1.5 years we were looking for an house! Dana also checked/sent emails out of hours to ensure our lender had all the info they needed over the Xmas period to make us an offer before the new year.
