They listened to our requirements; came out to meet us and survey the site; made helpful suggestions about what we might need/wouldn’t require; and erected and dismantled the marquee without any fuss. We used Premier Marquee Rentals for our end of season cricket party and Gervais and Rebecca couldn’t have done more to support and accommodate us. They were always on hand to help us with our questions and their communication throughout the process including after taking down the marquee was fantastic. The set up team were friendly and helpful. Also the quality of the steel frame marquee was amazing, storm Amy brought some incredibly strong winds the night before the event and the marquee stood strong. Just this weekend had these guys set up our 40x60 marquee for our wedding, we’re so helpful from beginning to end! Seeing the process from start to finish as it was on private land meant I asked for a few changes but the team were happy to help every step of the way! Gervais also set up the outdoor festoon lighting which really set the vibe when the sun was setting, made it look even more magical! We used Premier Marquee Rentals for our wedding reception and we could not have been any happier! From the beginning Gervais and Rebecca were so helpful and quick at getting back to us with any questions. They truly went above and beyond to help us and are both lovely people. The marquee itself looked amazing, Gervais did a brilliant job of bringing our vision to life and the lighting was incredible! Gervais made sure all the finishing touches were completed and our guests loved the marquee set up. We also hired the luxury toilet block which worked perfectly all evening and our guests were impressed with the posh toilets! Gervais and Rebecca have been reliable and great at communicating and keeping in touch. Gervais kindly offered to erect our marquee earlier than the original planned date which allowed us more time to set up for our wedding.
