Tip top customer service from Kate who looks after the shop, and equally excellent service from Richard, the engineer who delivered the rollator. Would highly recommend Premier mobility shop. Thank you very much! Elaine. More...

What do you love most about your job?
As the company founder, I have loved seeing the company develop a DNA of compassionate quality care - that extra mile - that little bit of kindness that goes a long way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always held high standards as a nurse and midwife and wanted to transfer that ethos into caring for people at home.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are passionate about independence, about putting service users at the centre of everything we do, about looking after people as individuals and about being flexible and quick to respond to changing needs.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can do both! Technology plays an important role in our services, our website is interactive and has a catalogue of amazing quality products to maintain independence. But you can also visit our showrooms locally to meet your care teams, see the products and find help and advice.
Our Digital Care Plan puts the Care Plan in our carers' hands for your visits, but also with permissions allows families access to keep an eye on the service provided in real-time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have kept our service users safe with a range of activities.
We have provided quality PPE to everyone through local drop off points.
Provided a separate Covid Team dedicated to those who are Covid Positive.
Provided weekly testing for all staff
Encourage all staff to vaccinate from the early days
Changed all our infection control policies and procedures so that we have a robust and safe delivery of care.
Extra Training for all staff to implement these changes.
Adjusted all training to online.
Disbanded our offices and worked together online.
Paid our staff generously to be off sick when symptomatic.
All of our staff have worked above and beyond to maintain a full service throughout the pandemic.
Our work has been recognised in the local Chad Business Awards as Service of the year.

This way you can be confident of a responsive and evolving service meeting the outcomes you want, from the personal care you receive.
Personal Care
Personal care may involve simple or complex
interventions, it requires a degree of professionalism
and expertise to achieve high standards and quality.
We are confident that our recruitment, vetting and

able to deliver not only first-class care but will do so

at home, and our support services come in all sorts
of ways to assist you to remain independent from
a 30-minute call, right through to 24/7 support. We
