If I could leave '0' stars I would.
Lewis Parsons and Precise builds took on a loft conversion for me, which I had multiple problems with their attitude and work capabilities.
They supplied sub-standard work and sub-standard products (e.g. supplied cheaper off-brand and charged for Velux), While I was away for work he supplied photos of "finished work" and invoiced. When I returned from my work trip it became very clear the work was not complete. He ruined all 4 ceilings of the rooms below and only part repaired them, ruined the carpet on the stairs, left mess everywhere. Didn't pay his sub-contractor, the electrician or the scaffolding company.
I had to fire him, take on a new builder and lost a lot of money on the process. I have taken him to court and won the case, but so far he has not started paying it back.
If anyone comes across Precise Builds or Lewis Parsons please remind him he owes me money.
