I enjoyed working with Petre to get planning permission for a 3 bedroom house on land we owned at Harptree.
We had to change the design to fit in with the planners and ecological survey .

I asked Petre from Praia Studio to prepare and submit a Listed Building Consent for the works that we planned on our property.
Communication with Petre and Praia Studio was great and I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in assessing the significance of each room. The application was examined by the Conservation Officers and swiftly received permission for the works.
The Building Control Officer commended the Building Regs submission for specifying breathable materials for the works and appreciated the proposed details for being thorough.
Full marks for Praia Studio, I know where I'll go next time I will need an Architect.

As an owner you get to choose the work and support causes you are most fond of. Also, you have the chance to work closely with the client to get the right results.

Yes. We use a Zoom or Windows Teams client to set up meetings, where we can share the required information (e.g. drawings, images, 3D models) to assist progressing the projects. Furthermore, we have a website, where the clients will be able to check previous jobs and perhaps gather ideas for their own projects.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer contact free (online) advise where possible.

As an RIBA Conservation Registrant, Petre has an awareness and experience of the issues involved in working with historic buildings.
Retrofit
More than 5 years experience working on refurbishment projects offer us an understanding of the risks involved in such a project. As keen sustainability ambasadors, we highly support this approach where possible.
Planning and Building Control
In line with RIBA Plan of Work 2013, we offer Planning and Building Control services part of our comprehensive service package.
Interior Design
We offer advice on interior remodelling, with full services, including 3D modelling, FF&E detailing, specification and procurement support. Where required, Building Control liaison is included in our appointment.
