Really disappointing service. Quick to respond to initial contact. Guaranteed to get rid of rodent problem over 3 visits. Advised would block up entry points and all for agreed fee . After first visit advised insulation would need to be removed before entry points could be blocked up but agreed to come back to do this. Sorry to hear that but i have to say we only charged you by the visit at £55 my friend a visit. I done 2 visits for yourself to eradi aye the issue. We can not do a 3rd visit and blocking up to a loft space for free my friend. This would not work for any company as we would be losing money. We are so sorry you feel that way. But we cant do that kind of work for free they shoud of explained that sorry again.

I put a request for a bedbug removal service and I got a call from James from Powerz Pest Control. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the service he provided, he knows what he's talking about and he has all the tools range stuff to sort anything pest related you have.
He was efficient in his work and he made sure we gained back our sanity. He used a very strong insecticide and a can of spray insecticide which fogs the whole place to get into every crack and crevice, we haven't had any more bugs since he's been

Bed bugs to my property and it has been treated by 2 other companies and still have an issue.
Powerz pest came and with in the 3 visits I haven’t had anything.
After the 2nd treatment it was ok but he had to do a 3rd.
No issues no bites new bed ordered.

Almost a month ago I got fleas and bedbugs/carpet beatles in my room, and I found this company with Jamie Power and he gave me guarantee that in three treatments all the insects will be gone and I won’t be bitten anymore (every day after I wake up I notice new bite marks on my legs and arms and in other parts as well, and it lives nasty marks on my body), so far Jamie did only two treatments of twenty minutes or less each (at the second one he left without saying anything to me), and I sent him messages that I still get bitten and two days ago I noticed a flea on my hand biting me, and Jamie hasn’t answered my messages for a week (he gave me guarantee that I won’t have this pest problem anymore, especially after second treatment, yet the fleas are still here), I don’t know what to do anymore, I threw things, I vacuumed and cleaned my clothes at 60 degrees and left them dry outside, used pest sprays, called this pest company that guaranteed me 100% that it will solve my pest issue and it took my money, and I’m still geting bitten and I’m stressed, I don’t know what to do anymore. I am sorry to hear of that but i did explain the whole property will need treatment. Not just the one room. But you do not want your flat mates knowing. I said i can treat the room clear the problem but it can come back as the rest of the property had not been treated. You would not let me do this just your room so no theres no guarantee unless the whole property is treated but you wouldnt let that happen. I can treat it again but there is no guarantee. The technician came treated and removed the nest within 15 minutes so quick so efficient I only requested this last night they contacted me and the very next morning outside my property at the agreed time 😂 now that’s a speedy service 🤩 no messing no complications just there when I needed no more buzzing at night.
