Thank you Potentia Engineering for your help and consultancy this past week and giving us the system of our geeky dreams! Absolutely recommend Dan and his team if you're in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas and looking for a reputable installer . We already had a solar set up which we were largely happy with but wasn't spec'd quite right. With the longer sunny days it was evident that it needed some tweaks to make it more efficient and perform better. After a quick phone call to discuss our plight, Dan popped round the next day and had a look at our setup, gave us his recommendations and we agreed on a way forward. We had a quote within a few days, application submitted to DNO shortly after, and an install date agreed all within 3 weeks of our initial discussion. Install day went seamlessly (despite my terrible tea and coffee making skills) and they left everything nice and tidy. Potentia also has a great office support team who kept us informed throughout the process. Customer service and communication seems to be a lost art these days in some trades so we were really pleased to have a team so responsive! We are thrilled with the work they have done for us and with the upcoming week of sunshine we are buzzing about seeing our system finally perform to its full potential.
