the careworkers provided by PosaCare were sympathetic,experienced
good time keepers and interested in the daily activities provided for my daughter who is wheelchair bound needing hoisting and assistance 24 hours.

Instead I got three people with the idea of doing a really exhaustive cleaning job more suitable for a workplace. My mother has been using Sylvian care, since she came out of hospital following a stroke in July 2017, she/we find all the carers, and other staff, are all very helpful, and cheerful and understanding of her needs, they work to a very high standard and although on a understandable busy timetable, they find the time to chat and not rush things, which makes things run much easier, at what at some times can be a very stressful situation.
