What do you love most about your job?
We love to meet and work with new people. Being able to create a positive and enjoyable environment for tenants and lessees, whilst satisfying landlord requirements is what we set out to do, and we are confident we can do the same for you too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to provide more personable, reliable and effective service than other companies in this industry. We know property can be complicated and stressful for some, so we want to minimise that where possible and make the lives of our clients as easy as possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear masks on site when we meet someone in their home, block or place of work. We regularly sanitise our hands and adhere to the social distancing rules when they are in effect.
Block Management
We are able to provide bespoke Property Management Services to a wide array of clients, including property developers, freeholders, right to manage companies, charities, retailers, share-of-freeholders, and institutional investors. We work efficiently to make sure that your block remains well-maintained, safe and secure for residents.

Our approach to block management is based around stability and long term planning. We have a dedicated block manager, where our main goal is to give our leaseholders and freeholders as much peace of mind as possible.
When we commence management of a new block, we carry out a full audit which looks at various points such as: the condition of the building, general repair requirements, health & safety, fire risk assessment, cyclical maintenance, major works, compliance with the lease as well as other items. After the audit has been completed an action list is prepared identifying the priorities considering short term, medium and long term financial planning.
Whilst many management companies outsource day-to-day tasks to other firms, we mainly endeavour to use our own reliable maintenance contractors, which means we can guarantee a high quality of work carried out on your property.
