Daud was fantastic.
He responded to my request quickly and professionally. The quote was clear and he arrived on time.
He discussed what work he had to do, and when he was going to do it.
He also have a young puppy which he was very accommodating of - making sure to close doors/entry ways in case she ran out (she didn't!).
