Hi ,
My friend recommended to bark for the plumbing work. Saying that you will get charged only if the work is done which was not true .
The plumber came and he just checked and did t do any work but he charged me £120 saying it's for the investigation report .which was not been informed prior to coming to check ..please always ask for all this type of details before the service

Im sorry that you felt that way but unfortunately every investigating work and a given report it is chargeable,we did find the problem and explained what the problem is unfortunately the costumer was not happy to pay the engineers time due to not understanding the circumstances of completing the tast at hand ,every investigation is chargeable ,we do know how work is as we have been in the same business since 2005 thanks
