Absolutely amazing experience, Phil was so patient with our dog Buttons. She's almost completely deaf so struggled with the idea of sitting still but somehow the most stunning photos were captured. All of the photos were taken with our dogs comfort in mind, she's a 13 year old lady with arthritis and seemed to really enjoy herself and was completely at ease around Phil. Teasel and I had a great time at our photo shoot and Phil was very patient with Teasel who is very easily distracted - especially if there are other dogs around! Phil was fantastic from start to finish! He re-arranged the shoot at short notice when I couldn't make it and was always so accommodating on the phone. The photoshoot day was great fun and he was very patient when my cocker spaniel Minnie wouldn't sit still! The photos are better than I ever imagined and we had to buy the digital downloads to keep! Peter and I took Bess ( border collie), for a photo shoot in Lancaster. Being a new experience for us we were apprehensive! The entire shoot was fun and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Bess is a character - a typical border collie - never still, with the added problems of attitude let alone oversized ears and very long tongue! Phil arrived wearing complete waterproofs which he had anticipated would be needed to get the most wonderful action shots! And he certainly did! Lying in mud etc. Showed his passion and devotion to this art form. His photographic skill, combined with years of experience are clearly evident in his photographs.
