Although they never got to clean the house, Toni was very helpful and polite and dealt with a bizarre situation very professionally.
My housemate had hired these cleaners and then left the country without paying for them and without cancelling them. Perhaps with the intention of leaving me in the sticky situation of having to pay for it all myself. This is the same housemate who turned out to be using the carpet in his room as a toilet and collecting bottles of his own urine to use as weapons against people.
After explaining what had happened to Toni she was very understanding and helpful and dealt with it very professionally.
She also gave an ear full to the aformentioned housemate on the phone which I have to say was very satisfying 😌 well done Toni 👏

The satisfaction bringing a home back to life or a business, the tidiness an cleanness when you finish your job and watch your customers over whelmed especially when your have people contact you because someone as ruined there property or premising and we bring it back to like all so we have a lot of customers that can’t general clean to carpet clean who are elderly or have become poorly and we pride in helping them live in a clean land tidy environment
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a company and had really good reviews and customer feed back, a lot of customers when they returned for a service ask if I could come all so I knew I could do this on my owe when you put the hard work in you get a return
Why should our clients choose you?
My work speaks volumes I have 10 years of returning custom for customers, they are my priority and I don’t stop until they are happy and satisfied
