This was a visit to my home to fix a sink. The service once William arrived was 5 star; thorough, transparent, and fast.
We had a relaxed discussion on arrival about masks and ventilation. William had a great attitude and fixed the problem first time. He talked to me about the issue, his actions, and didnt leave until after I'd tested and was happy with it.
The only area for improvement was timing; we started late. A text to say you're running late would be enough; stuff happens.
If I need a plumber again I'd definitely contact PH Services/William. Good guy, good price.
