Last night I had a party for 86 guests. Peter and his team were fantastic. It was a smooth operation that seemed to happen like magic. We had canapés with our champagne and then a fabulous barbecue with steak, prawns, salmon, chicken skewers, burgers and sausages. All delicious! Peter stuck tightly to the timings discussed and all the guests thought it was incredible. There were a range of delicious salads and those with special dietary requirements were all provided with alternatives. We then had some delicious puddings. Couldn’t fault the service. Peter was very efficient and caring..he provided an excellent menu with many interesting choices including a vegetarian option, all of which looked very appetising including lots of wonderful desserts. He catered for 50 but there was lots for seconds and thirds for the hungry . Many friends told me it was the best summer buffet they had ever seen or experienced.

Peter did a sit down lunch at my house for 20 people on Friday. Everything ran completely perfectly from Peter and his lovely assistant Joy, from start to finish they were so organised and food was perfect, I would highly recommend Peter, for his lovely menu choices, and his pure professionalism from start to finish, and the kitchen was left immaculate.

The service provided by Peter was exceptional from the very start of our discussions to the event itself. Peter gave good initial advice and was very accommodating of changes as the date approached. Peter was the first to contact me after my initial enquiry for a reception following a funeral. He agreed to meet me at home, where we discussed requirements and possibilities. I had a quote by return and, after securing a venue and agreeing a provisional cost, I contracted him and paid a deposit.

Peter was very proactive in arranging the event, including inspecting the venue. The event itself was everything I had wished for; friendly staff, freshly prepared food, generously filled and plenty to drink. Peter recently catered the small wake after my mother's funeral. From an initial meeting a week before the funeral to the end of the wake, he was excellent. He was sensitive to our situation, flexible, catered for various food allergies and the range of finger food was fabulous. He was efficient, very unobtrusive during the wake, arrived and left on time and there was no trace he'd even been here! Peter catered our daughter’s wedding. It was never going to be an easy job to feed 160 people to a sit down meal in a marquee in our garden but he did it to perfection. Everybody commented that the meal was restaurant quality and it was delivered and cleared away quickly and professionally. He also provided bowls of curry for 180 in the evening. Highly recommended. I wanted a caterer for my 60th Birthday Party. From first contact with Peter, through to choosing the menu, the 'at home tasting' and then the actual event, excellent service throughout. We had 70 guests, the canapes were extremely tasty, catering for vegetarian as well as allergies, the savouries were severed hot and the deserts was a dream. Working with Peter on our requirements for a dinner party has been very easy and straight forward. He came to see us to discuss our requirements and gave us some suggestions. We agreed our menu. Since then Peter and i were in contact by email to answer queries. Peter and his fantastic team catered my husband’s 70th birthday party last night.
The food was delicious; Peter pleased the carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and nut free guests with ease and care. The staff were efficient and helpful; they were ever present without being intrusive and they cleared up superbly. It was the first time I have had a party catered and it definitely won’t be the last. I felt confident in Peter and the team’s skill at taking on all the work and allowing me to enjoy the party. It was fantastic not having to spend today washing up and cleaning!
