Derek and his team were phenomenal. I hired Pdnkconstruction to renovate my first home, which was a substantial project.
It included a new kitchen, new flooring, new walls, and more. The job was completed on time in budget, with perfect finishes. Compared to the other companies I contacted, Derek was the first to respond and quickly provided a comprehensive quote.
Being new to renovations, what I appreciated most was Derek's attitude. From the very beginning, he was very professional. I found it incredibly helpful to have someone patient and solution-focused. Derek went out of his way to help, always keeping an eye on the details and managing costs effectively. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with Derek and his team.
