As first time buyers the property market seemed a bit confusing, what forms do we need to complete, who do we send them to, what type of survey do we need, which conveyancers should we use? I learned about Peter's exceptional reputation, through my sister, whom he had assisted with acquiring a mortgage, which was extremely difficult to obtain due to the property being above a shop. I had asked Peter to examine my insurance policy, and was very pleased with his professionalism and high attention to detail as he painstakingly went over all the information with me.
