From start to finish, great advice and guidance given regards our pond which had suddenly started to leak. Phil came round and looked at the pond and gave us a quote that same day for replacement of cracked liner with a robust new rubber liner, under lay, removal, and repointing the stones around the pond. Phil and his team arrived at the agreed date and cracked on emptying and removing the old liner. He even went above and beyond and replaced our pump hose, which had gone brittle at no extra cost. He refilled the pond and returned my fish again, offering good advice as to how to care for the pond. Phil also offers a yearly pond clean, which I will certainly be doing from now on. Phil stepped in when a cowboy builder ruined my dad's pond. He and the team completely re-did the work, and the pond is now better than it was when it was first built 25 years ago. PLG fitted a new liner, rewired the electrics (which the other guy had left in a dangerous state), replaced the ageing pump and filter, and re-laid all the stonework around the pond. It looks great. We have previously been let down by numerous trades people who claim to be experts. We had a leak to our water feature and spent last 16 months chasing trades people and due to false promises we kept getting let down. Phil and his team came to my rescue when my pond started leaking. They came on a very cold day, on time and didn't stop working the whole day. That netted all the fish into a holding tank, took out the old liner and relined the pond as well as changing all the pipework to the filter tank. They then put all the edging stones back and left the garden neat and tidy. They even put all the planters back in place. All three of them were friendly and approachable but very professional who took pride in their work. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them for any pond job large or small. Phil, his son and his ground worker were on time, didn’t stop working the whole day and were very polite. to be honest, the job was a lot more than they expected but really just got on with it and did a fantastic job. Phil and his team came to clear our pond, fix the collapsed stonework around the edge, fit a new pump and filter, change the water and clean out all the yuck. I must say, they were absolutely amazing! From the first contact, they were on the ball, great at communicating and they've done a fantastic job of my very dilapidated pond. Phil and the team came out to deal with a pond that appeared to be leaking from the waterfall. The original thought was that it was just too much moss that had grown there. But even after this had been cleaned out it transpired that there was a leak in the liner. So a new liner and rebuild of the header pool and watercourse had to be done. Phil and his team have cleaned my pond and 2 occasions now, they serviced the pump last year and this year they installed a new pump to replace my old one. They carefully removed my fish and took great care of the many babies they'd produced over the year then cleaned the pond and tidied my plants. This firm may give you a beautiful pond as they did me, they charged me 15k for a bespoke koi pond with 3 large viewing windows . ..but the filtration system they put it was not adequate for koi. They then charged a further 1.5k to pull my koi out in Feb 2022 to 'clean the filter'..Iost 5 koi. I am now in contact with real koi experts who are sorting out new box & bead fitration system. THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY PHIL...BUT...that is totally inaccurate & untrue you never ever discussed a bottom drain or an easy pod filter ever with me! My garden was being totally redesigned around my pond, you had a total blank canvas, you didn't even advise any heat source over winter. Thank goodness for The Koi Clinic. They are the real experts not you! Your guys used dirty equipment & introduced flukes to my pond when they pulled my fish out in hibernation, I just wish I'd found the koi groups I'm in now. They are all shocked at my experience. Further update PHIL. I now have a retro airiated bottom drain, external bead filtration with media & a variflow external pump. The all singing & dancing pump you fitted was dud after not even a year. Even the supposed multi lighted water blade didn't work. You totally scammed me! I look forward to your reply...... More...

Having called several days earlier to identify the problem, they returned, drained my pond, removed my fish and 4 frogs to a holding tank, located the leak and advised me of the reason for it, repaired it, refilled the pond and returned my fish and the frogs to it. Phil to the rescue !Phil did a fabulous job (5 star) on a previous flowing water trough which we love, at the time he told us that water features is specialist work. Later we had some further water spouts put in another trough by our very competent builder who was doing the landscaping and walls around the trough, these spouts never really worked - poor variable steam and kept blocking. We called Phil in and he sorted them out. They now have a great even stream and don't block up. We had to agree when he reminded us that he had said it was specialist work and wish we had asked him to do this part of the job from the beginning ! More...
