What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about my job is being able to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. It's incredibly fulfilling to provide care that not only meets their daily needs but also upholds their dignity and promotes their independence. We are passionate about advocating for those who may not always have a voice, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and respected. Supporting people to live safely and with purpose in their own homes is more than a job — it’s a privilege.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired us to start our own care agency was seeing how often the focus in care settings shifted away from the people who matter most — the clients, the staff delivering the care, and the wider community. Too often, decisions are driven by profit or ticking boxes, rather than genuine care and respect.
With an aging population and increasing demand for quality care, there’s a growing gap between what’s needed and what’s being provided. We started the agency because we wanted to do things differently — to build a service that truly puts people first. One that values skilled, supported staff and makes sure every individual receiving care feels safe, empowered, and treated with dignity.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We’ve put a number of measures in place to keep our clients safe from COVID-19. Our team follows strict infection control procedures, including the use of PPE at all times, regular hand hygiene, and thorough cleaning routines.
We’ve also provided all staff with up-to-date training on COVID-19 safety protocols and ensure they stay informed as guidance changes. Regular testing and health checks are part of our routine, and we’ve adapted our care delivery to minimise unnecessary contact while still providing essential support.
Most importantly, we continue to communicate openly with clients and their families, listening to their concerns and adjusting our approach as needed to keep everyone safe and reassured.

We believe everyone should be able to maximise their quality of life and do so from the comfortable surroundings of their own home, should they wish. Our compassionate and trained caregivers will ensure the care and support you or your loved ones deserve.
Our core services will provide a comprehensive domiciliary care solution that will be tailored where necessary to best suit our service user’s needs. The list of activities below represents the key areas of support we will be offering our care users:
Personalised Home Care: We will help with daily personal care activities such as assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, cooking, and eating, ensuring a good start to the day for our service users. We will also help with household duties to ensure service users' homes remain clean and tidy.
Medication Administration: All our staff are trained to administer medication in home and residential care settings and provide support for service users who need a little nudge to take their medication.
Reablement Care: We provide support to people following illness, life-changing injuries, or a period in hospital.
Live-In Care: We support people in their homes 24 hours a day through 1on1 support daily (Long-term and respite for family carers)
Companion Care: Our compassionate and dedicated caregivers will encourage the physical and mental activities of people they support by taking them on days out, grocery shopping, holidays, and other well-being activities.
Respite Care: We will give the principal caregiver some time to recharge and give them time away from their caring responsibilities while we look after their loved ones in their absence.
Overnight Care: We will provide overnight care by having a caregiver stay overnight to ensure that service users feel comfortable and secure through the night.
