Don't use this company unless you don't mind the contractors breaking the law. This company is remodeling the house next door and changing it into a HMO. since September the workers have constantly worked past the 6 o'clock legal time limit during the week, well after the 1 o'clock legal finishing time on Saturday and regularly work all day on Sunday even though the law states that they are NOT allowed to work at all day on Sunday. My daughter mentioned this to the contractors today and received a tirade of verbal abuse from them end with the one contractor telling her to go f**k herself. This company and it's workers have been a nightmare to deal with and they don't give a damn about the people who live next door to the house they are working on. The owner doesn't answer the phone or they hang up before answering. That's not very good customer service. I have had no choice but to report this company to my local council who are now looking into them breaking the allowable working laws. Don't waste your money paying this company as their blatant disregard of the law will only add time onto the quote they give you. If they can't complete the job legally within the time limit quoted to you then they shouldn't be considered for the renovation. They are a company who let the workers get away with anything including verbally abusing neighbours who complain. Avoid at all costs. More...

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Client needs to check with architect, who will check with local council, if garage can be converted. Most of the times this require planning permission.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
By measuring first floor and then loft ceiling. If first floor ceiling can be reduced in height and loft ceiling have at least 2.4m in the centre [ridge]
