What inspired you to start your own business?
The business centre was built to help spur economic and physical regeneration in the central Fife area.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a straight-forward service with clear pricing that endeavours to fold up as many services as possible in to one low monthly rent. We are ideally located in the heart of Fife offering a number of services with great transport links nearby and have low-carbon travel options on-site and available at reduced cost for tenants. Many of our office spaces are fully furnished so any prospective clients can move in straightaway and be up and running quickly and we have excellent links to local networks and services that can support your business and help you grow.

Yes, we offer hosting support for in-house servers or can assist organisations in applying for and utilising cloud-based services such as Office365 or Google Workspace, especially so if they are a charitable or a non-profit entity where such services can be sourced for free or very low cost.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Whilst our manned services are currently throttled back due to Covid, we still have support staff on site every day ensuring the centre and its facilities are clean and safe to use. Social distancing measures are in place and sanitisation stations are located throughout the building.

We have a number of meeting rooms available for rental, all in the heart of Lochgelly
Sustainable transport
From our car park at our business centre we offer public electric vehicle charging and access to our electric car club vehicles, delivered in partnership with Enterprise Car Club.
