From our first meeting Saleh, the founder was enthusiastic, competent and charming. He reassured us that catering for a weekend with three key meals , for 30-50 guests , in a cricket pavilion, with no kitchen was possible
Over six months we drew together his ideas, our wishes and his staff, which all happened last weekend. He anticipated needs, filled gaps, and cheerfully steered us through a fabulous wedding anniversary/sports day celebration. He offered a food tasting at Opera Cafe about a month before the occasion , where we discussed and modified our menus. That was very helpful.
Huge thanks to all at Opera Catering . We hold them in very high regard.
