What I love most is making a real difference in people’s lives—both for clients who need compassionate, consistent care, and for self-employed carers who deserve respect and flexibility in their work. Seeing genuine connections form between clients and carers is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by the need for a more flexible and ethical approach to healthcare staffing. After working in the care sector, I saw how both clients and carers were being underserved. I wanted to create a model that supports self-employed carers, offering autonomy, while giving clients more tailored, consistent care.
Why should our clients choose you?
We specialise in providing fully compliant, experienced self-employed carers, which gives clients greater control, continuity, and trust. Unlike agencies with high staff turnover, we focus on building long-term relationships between carers and clients. We are reliable, professional, and client-focused.

While our carers work in-person, our onboarding, compliance checks, and client support are all handled remotely for convenience. Clients can book services, request cover, and manage documentation entirely online through our website and email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure all self-employed carers follow strict hygiene protocols, use PPE where required, and stay updated with COVID-19 safety training. We also match clients with carers who are fully vaccinated and symptom-free, and encourage regular testing to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
