This should have been a no star review. None of the instructions given were followed. My property was not locked up , the beds not properly made. the cleaner sent clearly was not properly trained to do a professional job and follow instructions given by client. Pictures were sent as to how I want beds laid and towels placed but instead the towels were stuffed on a towel rail in the bathroom. When I called to complain the owner Olabash sworn at me. We werent happy with the service. Cleaner insisted on spending 3 hours on our flat to do a "thorough job". Our flat is a 1 bed small flat. When i got home, there was dust covering most surfaces, the mirrors were still dusty, the kitchen looked like it has been quickly wiped but was smudged.
