I requested the repair of three taps in my house, of which two were completed. However, for the third tap, there is a constant leak. In addition, the handyman left another leak in the boiler room near the expansion vessel, which caused further damage. Initially, the price seemed reasonable, but later, due to the additional damage, the price increased. I ended up paying £300. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. More...

This customer is just a liar and i can never do any job for her again. I completed her job and she confirmed it , there was no issues. Her boyfriend took me to corridor where I accessed isolation valve to turn off the water. I did not go into her boiler room because there was no reason for that . I was only in that flat to change broken basin taps . If she had a problem of leakage in her boiler room she should hired a boiler engineer and sort it not to look for free lunch. She never called me to report this only to flash it on the review . No customer has ever done this to me so . I always try to make make my customers happy and ensure the enjoy my service. My line is alway open to my customers incase there is an issue . I will totally ignore you and your lies because i know the stuff I’m made of.
