Odin Windows came to our rescue as the company we had booked to fit windows at my uncles house suffered some in house disputes! Tim and Gavin collected the windows from the company we had ordered them through and spent three days fitting them. It was a full house job with awkward frames and a lot more work needed. What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration behind starting Odin Windows LTD came from a passion for high-quality craftsmanship and a desire to make a real difference in the home improvement industry. Having worked in this field, we saw an opportunity to bring a more customer-focused approach to the market—one that values transparency, fair pricing, and no hidden costs. We wanted to build a company that genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction, offering services that are both trustworthy and accessible.
Starting our own business also gave us the chance to create a locally-rooted company in York, where we can connect directly with the community and provide personalized service. We’re proud to bring our expertise and commitment to excellence to every project and love knowing that our work helps make homes in our area safer, more beautiful, and more efficient.

In addition, we provide an insurance-backed guarantee through the CPA, giving our customers extra peace of mind. We also carry public liability insurance, ensuring comprehensive protection for all our projects. We are in the process of becoming FENSA certified, which will allow us to retroactively apply FENSA certificates to all our past and future installations, further demonstrating our commitment to industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Contactless Quotes and Payments: To limit physical contact, we offer remote consultations and provide no-obligation quotes by phone or email. Payments can also be made securely online.
