What do you love most about your job?
The greatest love for our job is leaving customers and clients happy and satisfied. In our eyes a job is not complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. This allows us to refine our work and differentiate us from other good companies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started OB Repairs Ltd because I saw how many customers were being told to fully replace their windows and doors when a simple repair would have fixed the problem. I knew there had to be an honest, affordable alternative, and I wanted to offer a service that puts customers first. Helping people save money, avoid stress, and restore their homes properly is what motivated me to build this business.
