I couldn't comment on there work because they cancelled an appointment booked a week beforehand on their own booking system, 90 mins before they were due, stating they had another appointment and then became abusive down the telephone, threatening to hold my deposit and legal action because I left a bad review. All because they cancelled on me and I dared to write a bad review. If you don't want a bad review and potentially lose work don't cancel appointments and delay potential customers projects. On the 22nd of January, I contacted NTACO for a structural quote to remove our load-bearing kitchen wall. Their efficient booking app saved everyone time by simplifying the appointment scheduling process. The young man who visited to take the measurements was polite and professional, ensuring everything was conducted smoothly. By the 4th of February, I had all the necessary documents to send to building control, and by the 14th of February, we received building approval from our local council’s building control without any questions.
