Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the clean and the organisation of arranging this lacked.
The bathroom wasn’t done so I will have to do this again myself, very evidently the toilet was not even touched.
Majority of surfaces were still dirty and dusty. It seemed just one quick wipe was done and no real cleaning.
Not sure if it was the cleaning products he used or the fact I saw him vaping inside our property but there was a really bad smell after the clean which we are struggling to air out.
They did vaccum everywhere which was useful so the carpets were clean and they did a good job of the windowsills. They also took majority of the bins out (missed the food bin).
However this to seems to be all they did in a £39.99 2 hour clean which we could have done ourselves a lot quicker.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service provided, hence why we issued a 41% refund back to you but we have been failing to contact you back . However, it’s important to clarify that the booking was for a 2-hour clean as which was requested by yourself , which is typically not sufficient time to fully clean a 3-bedroom property to a detailed standard. Tasks such as deep-cleaning bathrooms, thoroughly wiping all surfaces, and addressing built-up dirt require additional time to be completed properly. Regarding the smell you mentioned, in our experience this can sometimes occur after carpets are cleaned, particularly if there are underlying pet odours. Cleaning can reactivate or bring these odours to the surface, which may explain what you experienced. Our team worked within the time allocated and prioritised key areas, including vacuuming throughout, cleaning windowsills, and removing most of the bins. A more comprehensive result would have required booking additional time, which we would have been happy to recommend based on the size and condition of the property. That said, we take your concerns seriously — particularly regarding the bathroom and the issue you raised about vaping, which is not in line with our standards. We will be addressing this internally. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we’d welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
We have unfortunately FAILED our End Of Tenancy inspection because the cleaning wasn’t done to an acceptable standard, which has left us in a very difficult position because we have lost our deposit.
Iveta did offer to come back and re-clean, but we had already handed the keys back by then.
The cleaning was carried out by her husband as a side job, and it just wasn’t up to a professional standard.
Many areas were missed and the overall finish was not thorough.
The equipment and products used also didn’t seem suitable, at time it felt like a child’s toy hoover was more effective than their vacuum, and the products appeared to be basic off the shelf items rather than professional grade.
If you want to give yourself the best chance of getting your deposit back, I would strongly recommend using a professional cleaning company.
