Amazing work.. Would definitely recommend! I have a house extractor fan (Mechanical Extract Ventilation) that was too noisy to leave on all the time. . hadn't been serviced since the house was built. Rob performed maintenance on it and it's now so quiet I can't hear it when I sleep! 4 years I'd been disturbed by how loud it was and Rob knew exactly how to fix it. Rob and Jonathan also installed Mitsubishi Heavy Industries aircon for me.. 2 indoor units and an outdoor.. and the installation was so incredibly clean, tidy and exactly to my requirements. Any questions I had Rob took the time to answer and make sure I was happy with the job. I did get another quote from another bigger company but wasn't as impressed with their product knowledge as Rob's and his quote even came in cheaper than the other company. Rob quoted extremely competitively and went on to install a Mitsubishi aircon unit with a seven year guarantee that heats, cools, dehumidifies and has climate control. I was recommended to use NBCH from a friend, after I realised that I had a leak in my en suite. The previous company fitted the toilet poorly 3 years ago and it caused a lot of hidden damage. The whole en suite needed to be ripped out and replaced. Gary was able to assess where the leak was coming from and stop any further damage on the first visit. He provided a quote and arranged for him and Rob to come back and start the work. Rob and Gary were both professional, thorough, friendly and have done a really good job. Fantastic professional and reliable service provided. Rob came to a flat of ours in central Bristol and carried out a service on the water cylinder, advised our tenant on usage and swapped over a timer.
